An exciting skincare treatment is available at Envision Acne & Skincare Center. I’m now offering a new treatment called RevitaPen, to enhance my clients’ results.
When my clients go through the acne clearing process, they are extremely happy to see their acne diminish and their skin change. Clearing up acne can be a huge boost of confidence, but after the inflammation subsides there can sometimes be scarring left behind, leaving a client still a little self-conscious about their skin.
Acne scars usually fade over time, but this process can take months or in the case of deep scars, years. Regular application of a rejuvenating serum such as the Multi Peptide Anti Aging Serum can help heal scars at home. This potent rejuvenating serum will not only help lighten the appearance of unwanted acne scars over time but also reduce fine lines and wrinkles. But if you are looking for faster results, there is now an in-office treatment available called RevitaPen, that can speed up this healing process significantly.
The revolutionary scar healing and skin rejuvenating process is called RevitaPen treatment. This is a brand new technology that will help acne scars fade while rejuvenating your skin with added anti-aging benefits. Many clients have asked me what RevitaPen is and will it work on their skin. I’m answering your commonly asked questions about this new treatment.
What is a RevitaPen Treatment?
Simply put, it’s a non-invasive acne skin treatment that can offer long-term results as well as the immediate skin benefits for anyone suffering from fine lines, acne scars, uneven skin tone or dehydrated skin. RevitaPen is a non-invasive, painless alternative to micro-needling.
Micro-needling treatments have been very effective for acne scar healing and skin rejuvenation but the treatment also comes with some unwanted side effects, such as slight pain and discomfort, skin wounds and long periods of skin recovery.
RevitaPen’s innovative technology works by helping to increase the absorption of skincare products for faster skin restoration. This treatment is a safe method for rejuvenating your skin without causing skin inflammation.
Is RevitaPen safe for my skin type?
RevitaPen is safe for just about all skin types. We’d recommended this restorative skin treatment for all skin types, except anyone who has inflamed or open breakouts at treatment time. The system is gentle enough to be used around your eyes and directly on lips. The RevitaPen was thoughtfully designed with 6 speeds and an adjustable depth so it can be customized depending on your specific skin type and sensitivity.
How does a RevitaPen work?
Using a unique single-use surgical-grade sphere-shaped stainless steel tip, a RevitaPen gently creates micro-channels in your skin, which allow for highly potent active ingredients to be driven deep into your skin. The sphere tip is made up of 100 nano-sized circular pyramids that uses the Osmosis Infusions, an antioxidant packed formula, active ingredients to help stimulate and improve overall skin health.. This skin treatment is perfect for people who are looking to even out their skin tone, reduce acne scars, soften any fine lines or wrinkles, boost skin hydration and help control future breakouts.
Key Benefits of Revitapen Treatment:
- Plump complexion
- Improved firmness and elasticity
- Increased hydration
- Noticeable skin softness
- Minimize pores
- Reduction of blemishes

- Reduced hyperpigmentation
What is in the Osmosis Infusions formula?
We use the Osmosis Infusions formula to enhance the benefits of the RevitaPen treatments. This specially formulated blend utilizes the most active, least irritating form of Retinol. A key ingredient is Vitamin A, also known as Retinaldehyde, a powerhouse anti-aging skincare ingredients known for its healing and restorative benefits. The unique facial formula contains a potent 2.5% Retinaldehyde, 1,3 Beta Glucan, Niacinamide, and willow herb that are all working together to stimulate your skin, lighten pigmentation, fade acne scars and to rejuvenate your skin.
Osmosis Infusions Targets:
- Aging Skin
- Oily Skin
- Dry Skin
- Acne Prone Skin
- Sensitive Skin
How often should I get a RevitaPen treatment?
We’d recommend setting up an initial consultation to go over your skin goals and to receive a complete assessment but generally speaking, an initial course of three to six RevitaPen treatments would be ideal. For continued improvement, RevitaPen treatments should be spaced three to four weeks apart to maintain skin health and appearance for both the long and short term goals.
What does the RevitaPen treatment feel like?
Since there are no micro needles or lasers there is no pain or discomfort involved in this skincare treatment. The device feels like gentle vibrations sliding over your skin, which most clients report feels soothing and relaxes them.
What will my skin feel like after a RevitaPen treatment?
Unlike other harsh or invasive skincare treatments, RevitaPen has no down time! The recovery time is very short due to the increased circulation and the quality of products used during the treatment session. To reduce any irritation or signs of redness we also incorporate a calming LED light treatment during the process to make it even more relaxing. In rare cases there may be slight redness following the procedure, but should clear up within a few hours. If you are worried about the redness, we’d recommend bringing your acne safe foundation to touch-up before returning to work.
When will I see results from the RevitaPen treatments?
If you follow our recommended sessions and schedule of treatments, you can see results in as little as two days, or in some cases immediately after the treatment.
How do I prepare for my first RevitaPen treatment?
There are a few steps you can take to properly prep for your first skincare treatment. We’d recommend that you:
- Don’t perform any facial waxing 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment.
- Don’t use Prescription Retin A, or any other prescription topicals 72 hours prior to your scheduled treatment.
- Don’t have long sun exposure 2 weeks before or after your scheduled treatment.
