Front desk manager / Receptionist – Part time

Envision Acne & Skin Care Center, in Manalapan, NJ, is hiring a PART TIME office manager.

We are a holistic skincare clinic that combines industry leading clinical care and customer service to our clients.

We are seeking an extremly organized, reliable, self-starter with an absolutely positive, Can-Do-Anything Attitude to provide support to our existing team and assist the Owner in running all operations of the business. It is imperative that you are Organized, Systematic and most importantly You Get Things Done! You like creating lists, tackling tasks and taking on new challenges and have great communication skills. You should have previous business management experience and be able to communicate effectively and professionally on the phone and through email.

We are currently seeking a part time Front Desk Manager.
Duties include:
Covering the Front Desk
Enrolling new clients
Communication with clients and team members
Scheduling Phone Calls, Running errands
Doing weekly inventory
Communicating with vendors
Employee management
Answering emails
Cleaning Organizing
Ordering supplies
Computer work (efficient use of Google Drive and Microsoft office required)

Days needed:
Tues, Wed, Friday’s 10:30am-7:30Pm and every other Saturday.

Must be: Responsible, Organized, Caring, Warm, Friendly, Loyal, People-focused, Expressive, Giving, Intuitive, Warm, Gracious, Flexible.
Should be a people person, extremely prompt, and have a “team player” and “yes I can” demeanor.
Start date is immediate.

Esthetician / Skin specialist – Part time

If you are a licensed esthetician, passionate about skincare and holistic treatment methods this could be a great opportunity for you to expend your knowledge and take your career to the next level.

This is a part time position.

Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 11am-7pm.

What is required from you:

1. Previous experience (3-5 years min.) working as an esthetician in the skincare field (waxing only experience does not qualify)

2. Deep understanding of skincare ingredients, the latest skincare trends and how the skin functions.

3. A passion, commitment and a deep desire to learn the latest most advanced treatment methods and holistic solutions for clearing up acne.

4. Understanding the importance of product recommendations and sales goals.

5. Compassion and a genuine care for the clients you are working with to always exceed their expectations.

6. Able to work both independently and as a valued member of a team.

7. Understanding the power of social media to deepen client relationships
