As with all of our products, Velvet Foundation DOES NOT CONTAIN: bismuth oxychloride, talc, cornstarch, nano-particles, D&C dyes or parabens.
Directions-
- Open the container and swirl the applicator around inside the tube to pick up product.
- Dab foundation onto sections of your face and blend out evenly over skin with Priia’s Foundation Blurring Brush.
- Apply more product if needed to achieve desired coverage. *For ultimate full-coverage, apply a layer of Priia Loose Mineral Foundation over the Velvet Foundation.
- Set with Priia HydraControl™ HD Powder.
