With your risk of catching a virus or cold running high during the cooler winter months, it’s so important to keep your immune system strong and healthy. In this video I speak about my personal immune boosting routine which includes both at-home practices of regular supplements such as Vitamin C, Zinc, ginger and echinacea tea; as well as regularly taking immune-strengthening frequency water.
For those of you unfamiliar with the product, frequency water was developed by scientists using brand new technology to adjust certain frequencies in the water. When drunk correctly, frequency water strengthens your immune system and helps to neutralize viral, bacterial, fungal, or other inflammatory sources in the body. We highly recommend Osmosis Immune Defense Elixir which is infused with pure, edible gold that – aside from looking gorgeous – has an added anti-inflammatory effect on the body. Frequency water is widely used in natural holistic medicine and there are no side effects, we can’t recommend it highly enough!
Today I want to share with you how I usually get over the cold or flu without taking any medications.
- Neutralize bacteria and viruses: the moment I start sneezing or have a feeling of catching a cold I drink 2 bottles of Osmosis Immune defense water. This unique frequency water will help neutralize the negative effects of any virus, bacteria or other invaders in the body.
2. Take Vitamin C: Vitamin C is one of the best immune support supplements so I drink a packet of Emergency C every hour. This will also help me to keep up with my necessary fluid intake during the day.
3. Drink Herbal Teas: Instead of opting for my usual Earl Grey int he morning I make 2 cups of Echinacea Tea. Echinacea has been traditionally used for medicinal purposes. …
- It fights the flu. …
- It helps control blood sugar. …
- Aids healthy cell growth. …
- Helps manage anxiety. …
- Lowers blood pressure. …
- Reduces inflammation.
4. Take Zinc: Zinc is a natural antibiotic and has great anti-inflammatory benefits. Make sure to always take it with food and don’t take more than a 100mg a day. My favorite is Opti Zinc from Source Naturals.
5. Elderberry Syrup: I take a dropper of Elderberry syrup a couple of times a day. Elderberry contains antioxidants, and it can relieve colds, fight the flu, and boost the immune system.
6. Get plenty of rest: This is probably the most important and one of the hardest habits to get used to. Allowing your body to get rest even when you have a thousand things on your to do list or work obligations is mandatory if you want to recover naturally.
