If you struggle with acne and finally understand the diet and acne connection you know how hard it is to find healthy snacks that won’t cause inflammation and trigger more breakouts.
My intention with this list was to help you save precious time and many hours of research on looking for healthy snack alternatives that won’t cause inflammation and eventual trigger breakouts for acne-prone clients.
We will be constantly making updates to this list so keep checking back to find more healthy goods.
This is not a 100% sugar-free or gluten-free list
(although we have included products that will fit these needs too) but a healthier alternative from all the high sugar, high sodium, and overly processed healthy-looking junk that is available in an overwhelming amount on store shelves.
Make sure to consume these snacks sparingly in your daily diet, our goal with healthy eating is to consume most of our meals from fresh whole foods and curb our cravings with occasional snacks.
Important: On this list, you may find items that have different flavors and variations with different ingredients. If we did not show certain variations of that item because it may not be acne-safe. There are certain food categories and ingredients that are known to cause inflammation in your digestive system and it’s best to avoid especially when you are acne-prone.
